Do I have a backache today. I don't know what I did, unless it is just the cold, I think as soon as I am done knitting booties I am going to knit myself some heavy socks. I've got it to where I can knit booties exactly the same, I should be able to knit socks that match. I can knit two mittens the same, I should be able to knit socks the same. It's a little problem I've had in the past, probably because I never did it enough.

This is a Flicker that is feeding off the suet feeder outside the window. Unfortunately it is through 2 panes of glass and a screen so you can't see his beautiful colors, but he is so lovely.

These are the purples I am working with for En Provence. You can see my stitching guide, I didn't have any room keys or old cards, but I happened to notice a nice piece of cardboard from a toy the boys got so I grabbed it and it works fine so it can go into the recycling later. Anything that works!
